Refund Policy

Here at GrassRootsBoots we offer a 14 day returns period for UK orders. For an order to be eligible for return it must be returned in the same condition it was sent. Only boots listed as 'Brand New' are eligible for return - used pairs cannot be returned. If you brought the item using the paid express delivery service instead of the free standard service you will not be refunded for the delivery costs - just the cost of the boots. Returns are to be shipped back to the return address at the buyers expense. All non-UK orders are not eligible for return.

Shipping Policy

UK orders have the options of Express delivery or Standard delivery. Express delivery is shipped via Royal Mail's 24 hour service. Standard delivery is shipped via Evri's 2-3 day service. Standard shipping is free for all UK orders. Express shipping is available at a subsidised price. Orders are aimed to be shipped 24-48 hours from purchase. International shipping is available with all orders shipped via Royal Mail. Customs fees may need to be paid.
